I have lost my phone or SIM. What should I do?

You should install mozone onto your new handset by following the How do I install mozone? help page.

If you have kept the same mobile number on your new SIM, you will not be charged for a new subscription, and your old subscription will continue automatically.

If you have changed your mobile number, please notify us via the General Enquiry form. Leopard Labs will adjust any charges accordingly.
