Removing or Uninstalling mozone
Uninstalling mozone is under password control.
If you need to uninstall mozone from the handset, follow these steps:
- To end your subscription to mozone send an SMS with STOP to 19997640. This will stop you from being billed.
You will be prompted to enter your password before the STOP request will be sent.
If the password is incorrect the request to end the subscription will be considered unauthorised and will not be processed.
If the password is correct, billing for mozone will be stopped and you will receive a confirmation SMS: ‘mozone:(free-msg) You have been unsubscribed from mozone and filtering will be disabled soon. To restart your subscription, go to www.leopardlabs.com/subscribe."
- Within 3 working days mozone's filtering will be disabled.
- If you would like to remove mozone from the mobile phone completely you can uninstall it by using the password. To do this, go to the main menu on your handset and select the Tools icon.
- Select Manager (or Application Manager) and select the mozone application.
- Use the Options button and select Remove. You will see the message ‘’mozone’ will be removed from phone. Continue?’ Select the “Yes” option.
- You will be prompted to enter the password to remove mozone. Following successful password entery, mozone will be removed from the handset.
